What It's Like
Many of the original homes were built between the 1920s and 1960s, ranging from English Cottage style to mid-century modern ranch bungalows, though the area now has many contemporary, custom-built homes dotting the area's rolling hills. New developments have brought higher density along the main arteries, with many luxury condominium projects.
The Neighbourhood
The neighbours are quite affluent, and there are many families with children.
Close to Toronto’s best public and private schools, numerous parks and prestigious Golf Clubs, this neighbourhood has it all. There is also plenty of excellent shopping; York Mills Plaza, The York Mills Centre, to the north is The Bayview Village Shopping Centre and to the south is Shops at Don Mills.
